Ashall Living will identify land opportunities and negotiate, subject to planning consent, deals with landowners. Prior to acquisition we will source a Registered Provider with an appetite for the acquisition of the homes in a geographical area of the site.
The agreement with the Registered Provider will be to purchase the site from Ashall Living who will then build the consented scheme for the Registered Provider.
The scheme will be developed in concert with the Registered Providers mix requirements and Ashall Living will submit and run a planning application.
The skills required to contract the acquisition and Registered Provider disposal/build contract and run the planning application being legal, planning architectural and engineering will all be outsourced to a suite of consultants developed by Ashall Living.
